la 32eme montée du Revard - 2007

bon je tape pas ds le lyrik pcq de tte facon ca sert a rien (et puis jsuis au boulot !).
fouf a fini glorieusement 119/137, en 2h31 le semi marathon (21km), c'est à dire mieux que les estimation, donc y a de koi etre happy !
et une douloureuse crampe a la cuisse est venue miner le dernier tiers de la course...dommage
moralité : faudra etre moins fatigué pour la prochaine !

Mais qu'est-ce qu'un marathon ???

Hello everybody !

I will tell you about Fouf, an english speaking (or almost...) running man.

Firstly I just want to scuse me to speak english, but Fouf is so billingual that he even forgot his mother tongue, the french one.

So, the only reason of this blog is to keep some notes, memories of semi-marathons and runs that fouf has done and will do (but maybe not so many...)

Such a long long run, 21km for a semi-marathon, is an abominable test that the runner undergoes.
In a first approach, 21km don't seem so much...i mean, if you are in a good shape and have training (and espacially have eaten an enormous plate of pastas the dinner just before the run !), you can make it in 2h15 (for almost common people). But the huge detail in fouf's marathon is that he has to climb a mountain !!!
